– It is important to mention that, for the stated purposes, NO sensitive personal data will be collected or processed, including basic financial information.

– PRIAM PROYECTOS S.A. DE C.V. does not use cookies or web beacons to collect personal information from you.

– The responsible party may conduct investigations, take photographs, conduct interviews, and perform any necessary actions to validate the accuracy of the personal data provided by the data owner.

– The data owner commits to ensuring that the information provided is truthful and up-to-date and agrees to notify any changes promptly by using the designated formats.

3.- PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

By accepting this notice, the data owner gives consent for their personal data to be transferred to third parties, whether national or international, without the need for further consent in certain circumstances, such as: (i) when required by law; (ii) to safeguard the employee’s health; (iii) to affiliated companies operating under the same policies; (iv) for contractual needs; (v) for public interests; (vi) for the recognition of rights in legal proceedings; and (vii) to maintain legal relationships. Nevertheless, PRIAM PROYECTOS S.A. DE C.V. commits to adhere to and enforce the principles of personal data protection established by the LFPDPPP.

It is important to note that communications sent via email or the Internet, including social networks or non-official websites, may be subject to interception or alterations, so the data owner cannot claim compensation for damages related to such communications.

5.- OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OBJECTION)

The data owner, or their duly authorized legal representative, has the right to exercise the ARCO Rights granted by the LFPDPPP and its regulations against PRIAM PROYECTOS S.A. DE C.V. A valid identification document must be presented, and the human resources department will process your request.

ARCO RIGHTS:

• Access: Request specific information that the responsible party holds.
• Rectification: Request the correction of personal data if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete by providing supporting documentation.
• Cancellation: Request blocking and later deletion of personal data if it is deemed not to be used properly.
• Objection: Object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes.
